(1) 8" X 8" Baking Pan
16 Slices of White Bread - Crusts Removed, Cut Into Quarters
8 oz. Shredded Cheddar or Swiss Cheese
6 Eggs
2 c. Milk
1 tsp. Salt
Dash of Garlic Powder
1/4 lb. Melted Margarine or Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease pan, mix eggs, milk, salt, garlic powder and butter in bowl.

Layer pan starting with bread and then cheese; repeat layering.

Pour egg mixture over pan. Refrigerate over night.

Bake in morning at 350º for one hour. It is recommended that a cookie sheet be placed underneath the baking pan in the oven to catch any spill over of the mixture.

To double recipe, use a 9" X 13" pan, use one (1) full loaf of bread and double everything else.
