Pumpkin Bread Recipe

3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 t. butter flavoring
2 c. pumpkin (1 small can)
3 1/2 c. flour
1 t. cinnamon
1 1/2 t. salt
3/4 t. nutmeg
1/2 t.allspice
2 t. soda
2/3 c. water
1/2 t. burnt sugar flavoring
1/2 t. orange flavoring
1 c. nuts
may substitute 2 t. pumpkin pie spice and omit flavoring

Cream sugar, eggs,oil and butter flavoring. Add pumpkin, sift dry ingredients. Blend water and flavorings and stir in alternately with dry ingredients. Add nuts. Bake in greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 about 45 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on racks. Freezes well.
