3 c chopped rhubarb
3 c mini marshmallows
2 pks red jello
1 yellow cake mix
cool whip or

ice cream
Directions:
Directions:
Put rubbarb in 9 X13 in greased pan. Sprinkle marshmallows on top. Sprinkle jello over marshmallows. Mix cake accordng to directions and pour over all. Bake according to cake instructions. After baking turn upside-down onto foil and return to cleaned pan fruit side up. Top with cool whip or ice cream.
