6 lbs. Round Steak - Cubed
4 lbs. Ground Round
1 Can V-8 Juice
4 - 6 Green Peppers
1 bunch Celery - Chopped
3 Sweet Onions
1 qt. Mild Banana Peppers and Juice
3 qt. Tomato Sauce
2 Packs of "Chili-O" Seasoning Mix
3 Cloves Garlic - Crushed
3 Packs Onion Soup Mix
2 Cans of Consume' Soup Mix
4 tbsp. Beef Bouillon Powder
1 1/2 c. of BBQ Sauce - Open Pit
1 c. Catsup
4 tbsp. Chili Powder
2 tbsp. Cumin
2 tbsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper - Coarse Ground
2 - 3 Bay Leaves
Pinch of Basil and Thyme
1 tbsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1 tbsp. Paprika

Brown Beef, drain well, add onion, celery, green peppers and garlic.

Cook until soft, add balance of stuff and simmer for 2 1/2 hours.

Correct seasoning, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
