1 bag Fresh Spinach
1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
1/4 cup Apple Juice
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add Apple Juice to a pan and heat on medium high till steaming. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add bag of spinach and toss continuously for 1-2 minutes until spinach is dark green and soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.
