6 Large Hard Cooked Eggs
20 oz. Mild or Hot Bulk Sausage
1 Egg, Beaten
1 c. Plain Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Peel the eggs and discard the shells. Evenly divide the sausage into six (6) equal parts and pat each to flatten. Wrap each sausage part around a hard-cooked egg. Make sure the egg is completely covered and sealed.

In separate pie plates or shallow dishes, place the beaten egg in one and the bread crumbs in the other.

Roll each wrapped egg in the beaten egg, then in the bread crumbs. Place sausage-wrapped eggs gently on a rack in a roasting pan.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until sausage is cooked.

Remove from the oven and serve hot or cold.
