( Pizza Crust )
2 cups warm water
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
5 cups unsifted all-purpous flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup yellow corn meal

( Pizzeria Sauce )
3 tbsp. olive or salad oil
2 large onions, coursely chopped
1 can ( 16oz. ) tomatoe paste
21/2 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Pinch sugar

( Pizza Crust )
Combine yeast and water until dissolved ; combine flour and salt. Mix water and flour together in a plastic bowl until it forms a ball. Grease the bowl and set aside for two hours. Punch down and set aside 15 minutes longer. Roll out pizza dough and place in greased pizza pans.

( Pizzeria Sauce )
Heat oil in medim saucepan; add onions and saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoe paste and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in water and remaining ingrediants; heat till boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally until thick. Pour over crust and add your favorite toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Top with mozzarelli cheese and all of your other favorite toppings.
Half the recipe for 1 pizza.
You can also freeze the sauce.
