6 Medium Sized Potatoes
4 Slices of Bacon
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Take six (6) medium-sized potatoes, wash, peel and plunge in boiling salted water. Let boil until done, drain, cut into cubes and place a layer in a well buttered baking dish.

Season with salt, pepper and a few lumps of butter. Add another layer of potatoes, season and so on until the dish is full.

Place over the top four (4) slices of bacon and place in hot oven and leave until bacon is brown.

Serve hot.
