2 whole chicken breasts
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp curry powder
1/8 tsp pepper
6 tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp rosemary
8 oz cream cheese
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, paprika, curry powder, rosemary, and pepper. Cube each chicken breast. Use flour mixture to coat slices of chicken. Brown the breast pieces in hot oil in pan, then remove chicken from pan. Add two tablespoons of left over flour mixture to pan and stir to loosen flour mixture on bottom of pan. Add one can broth and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add cream cheese and stir/whisk until smooth and hot. Use cream cheese mixture as sauce over chicken.

This is very good with plain rice, with the chicken and sauce over the rice. This is one of my absolute very favorite meals ever!!! I always requested this when I visited home from college, and now it's one of Dan's favorites.
