2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
3/4 c unsweetened cocoa
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c reduced-fat mayonnaise
3 tbsp canola oil
1 c hot strong coffee
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 c semisweet chocolate chips

Mocha Cream:
1/4 c boiling water
1 tbsp instant coffee granules
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
1 (8 oz) whipped topping
1/3 c Hershey Lite syrup

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
To prepare cake, combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise and oil; beat with a mixer at low speed until well blended. Slowly add coffee and vanilla; beat with mixer at low speed for 1 minute. Stir in chocolate chips; pour batter into 9x13 pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely in pan.
To prepare mocha cream, combine water and coffee granules in large bowl until dissolved. Add marshmallow creme; beat with mixer at low speed until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread mocha over cake.
