Into A Glass Bowl:

1 Egg
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/3 c. Sugar (Brown or White)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

2 c. Buttermilk
3 to 4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 (six) ingredients well in a bowl, scraping sides of bowl with rubber spatula.

Add Butter Milk and Flour. Mix well with hand mixer. Adjust Flour to suit, thicker makes thick pancakes and thinner makes light pancakes.

Pour onto a 450º griddle and cook until bubbling stops and tops are completely dry.

Turn pancakes once and cook until steam nearly subsides.

Keep stacks in 150º oven until ready to serve.
