1 box of graham crackers
2 (3 oz.) packs instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 large carton cool whip

Icing:
1 stick melted butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup hershey's cocoa
dash of salt

Cake:
Mix milk and 2 packs of pudding stir well let stand until set. (approx. 10 minutes) After set stir in all cool whip. Line bottom of 9 x 13 dish with graham crackers, pour half mixture ontop, then another layer of graham crackers, rest of pudding mixture, last layer of graham crackers.

Icing:
Melt stick of butter, add evaporated milk and vanilla. In a bowl mix sugar, cocoa and salt. Mix well. Add to liquid mixture whisk and bring to a boil. Boil only 1 minute! Let cool some stir and pour over cake.
