1 gallon tomatoes, peeled
2-3 onions, chopped
1/4 c salt
12 oz can tomato paste
1 c celery, finely chopped
1/2 c green pepper, chopped
4 oz can jalopeno pepper or fresh
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 or 2 cans corn
1 or 2 cans beans

Cook together first three ingredients. Cool and drain juice.
Mix together remaining ingredients and add to tomatoes. Cook. Put into pint jars and can.
