3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp salt
4 lbs chicken wingettes

Cucumber Sauce:
1/2 c plain yogurt
1/2 c chopped peeled cucumber
1/2 c feta cheese
2 tbsp fresh dill or 2 tsp dill weed
1 garlic clove, peeled
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the lemon juice, oil, honey, oregano, garlic and salt. Add wings; seal and toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
In a blender, combine sauce ingredients. Cover; process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Drain and discard marinade. Place wings on a rack in a greased 15x10 baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400º for 35-40 minutes. Serve with cucumber sauce.

The sauce makes a great salad dressing also.
We have tried marinating chicken for only a couple of hours. It is still good but not as much flavor.
