2 cups cooked chicken, cut up
1 cup chopped celery
1 onion, chopped fine
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 6oz can water chestnuts, sliced
1 small bag potato chips
2 cups grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease casserole dish. Line dish with half crushed potato chips. Pour mixture of chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, soup, water chestnuts over chips. Sprinkle remaining chips on top. Bake uncovered 350º for 45 minutes. Add grated cheese the last 5 minutes.
