1 package of kora,
2-3 leeks,
1 lb of mushrooms,
1 tsp Vegeta,
2 tbsp chopped parsley,
4 eggs,
8 oz sour cream,
1 cup club soda,

Directions:
Directions:
Slice mushrooms and sautee. Cut leek in half vertically, then cut horizontally. Sautee with mushrooms. Add Vegeta, parsley, and pepper. Sautee until the water evaporates.

Mix the eggs with the sour cream and the club soda.

Separate the kora into 3 piles. Grease pan. Take the 1st pile of kora and in between the layers brush it with the egg and sour cream mixture. Put 1/2 the mushroom fill over that.

Take the 2nd pile of kore and brush in between the layers brush it with the egg and sour cream mixture. Put the rest of the mushroom fill over that.

Take the 3rd piles of kore and brush in between the layers brush it with the egg and sour cream mixture. Place on top.

Cut into squares BEFORE baking. Whatever is left from the egg and sour cream mixture, pour on top.

Let stand for 1 to 2 hours.
Bake at 400ºF.
