1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
Diced Onion To Taste
1/2 c. Ketchup
1/2 c. Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Dash Of Frank's Hot Sauce

Directions:

Brown 1 lb. lean ground beef and onion, drain off the fat, then add to the pan the seven (7) ingredients above.

Simmer for 15 minutes and pour over an open roll.

I add a bit more brown sugar and red wine vinegar to taste.

Diced red and yellow peppers are also a good addition.

This dish serves four and takes about a half hour for preparation and cooking. This dish is a favorite comfort food in our house.
