2 squares Baker’s Unsweetened Chocolate
6 oz. Pet Evaporated Milk
2 cups sugar
1/3 stick butter or margarine
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put chocolate, sugar and milk in a saucepan. Slowly heat to a soft ball (235 degrees).
Once mixture has reached soft ball, remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Stir until butter is mixed in. Pour into a greased pan or plate. You can add pecans or walnuts to mixture at the same time as the butter and vanilla. Once all has been mixed well, pour into pan or plate while still hot.
