1 (12-oz.) package Tollhouse semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 eggs
1/2 cup strong coffee
3-4 Tbsp. Rum
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat coffee to boiling. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add chocolate chips gradually and stir until melted. When melted, remove from heat and slowly stir in 6 well beaten egg yolks. Add rum and stir. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold egg whites into chocolate mixture until blended. Refrigerate 12 hours before serving.
