16 oz can non fat refried beans,
1/2 c. salsa,
salt,
1/2 c. sour cream,
1/2 c. diced plum tomatoes,
1/2 c. chopped onion,
2 tbp. cilantro, fresh coarsely chopped,
1/2 tbsp. lime juice,
1/2 c. low-fat shredded cheddar cheese,
1/2 small jalapeno pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, sitr together beans, salsa, and salt. Spread in a 8" squeare baking or serving dish.
Spread the sour cream over the bean mixture.
In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients except the cheese. Spread over the sour cream, sprinkle with cheese. Serve with baked tostitos
