Ingredients:
1 qt. apple cider vinegar
32 oz. tomato ketchup
2 sticks margarine
1/3 box dark brown sugar (from a 1 lb. box)
6 oz. Texas Pete
16 oz. Blackberry jelly or seedless jam (Smuckers jam is now 18 oz. and I use all of it)

Directions:
Combine ingredients and bring to a slow boil and let cook down to desired consistency.

GOOD ON PORK OR CHICKEN

I usually let it simmer for 45 minutes to an hour, and use the empty ketchup and vinegar containers to store in the refrigerator. It will keep for months in the refrigerator. We have found that using sauce to cook meat in it changes the taste, so we heat what we will use and put it on meat when it goes on our plate. I even put it on rice instead of gravy.
