4 ripe tomatoes
Zesty Italian Dressing
1 (6 oz) jar marinate artichoke hearts
Basil
Italian cracker crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice tomatoes in a glass dish and pour salad dressing over all.
Refrigerate for at least one hour. One hour before serving, put a
piece of artichoke heart on each tomatoe.
Sprinkle basil, bread crumbs, cheese and a dab of butter. Bake
at 350º for 20 minutes (no more than 30 minutes or they will fall
apart.)
