Cheese Ball Recipe

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
1 onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 t. worchestershire sauce
3 t. horseradish
1/2 t. lemon juice
2 T. mayo or salad dressing
dash salt, pepper & garlic salt

3 (2 oz) pkgs chipped beef, finely chopped
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Ritz Crackers or any crackers of your choice.

Mix all ingredients together except chipped beef & nuts.

Form into a ball.

Mix chipped beef & nuts together.

Roll ball in chipped beef & nuts mixture.

Refrigerate until ready to use.

Servce with Ritz Cracker or any crackers of your choice.

You may mix some of the chipped beef &/or nuts in with the cheese ball too.
