1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. ( 3.9 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup ( 8oz.) sour cream
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
4 eggs
1 cup ( 6oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
2 squares white baking chocolate ( for topping )

In mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix and pudding mix and sugar. Add sour cream, oil and water, mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured 12 cup fluted tube pan.
Bake at 350 degress for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely. In microwave or double boiler, melt the white chocloate, drizzle over cake.

I used sugar free pudding mix, light sour cream, and the baking Splenda to save a few calories and sugar intake. When using the baking Splenda you only need half of the measurment of sugar.
