Be generous with the herbs, seasoning to taste.

(Substitute hard-boiled eggs for the tuna sometime.
Serve the sandwiches with potato chips on the side for
a midwestern lunch classic. Memories of Woolworth's
lunch counter in Austin, Minnesota...)
