Catie's Layer Dessert Recipe

1 cup flour
2 tbls sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg chocolate pudding
9 oz. cool whip
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1 cup sugar
1 pkg vanilla pudding
3 cups milk

Cut in flour, butter, sugar and nuts as for pastry til crumbly. Spread and pat gently in 9x13x2in. pan Bake at 350 15-18 minutes. Cool.
Cream the cheese and sugar (1 cup). Stir in half of the cool whip. Spread on cooked crust.
Cook chocolate and vanilla pudding in 3 cups milk. Cool. Pour on cheese layer
Spread remaining part of the cool whip on top.
Garnish with nuts or grated chocolate or crushed graham cracker crumbs.
