1 bag chocolate chips
3/4 bag butterscotch chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stir above ingredients over a stove until melted. Pour onto a greased cake or bar pan. (You can also line a cake pan with foil and spray it with Pam. Then you can just turn the pan upside down to get them out easier.) Cool 30 minutes in fridge.
