1- 3lb. fryer,cut up
1 T. pickling spice
water to cover
Dads BBQ Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
place the cut up chicken and pickling spices in water to cover. Place over high heat and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from water and rinse spices off.Place chicken in a baking dish one layer deep. Cover with Dads BBQ Sauce . Bake in a 350º oven for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is done
