1 jalapeno, stem removed
3-4 sprigs of cilantro
2 cloves garlic, peeled
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 small onion, peeled
1 can Redpack whole peeled tomatoes

Directions:

Add first five ingredients to food processor and pulse until ingredients are coarsely chopped.
Add can of tomatoes and finish with a few more pulses depending on how chunky you like your salsa.
