1 cup of orange juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Dash of Salt
Dash of Nutmeg

Cook carrots in water until tender. Drain and set aside. Cook remaining ingredients, stirring until thick. Pour sauce over carrots and let stand for a short time, keeping hot.
