2 3oz packages cream cheese
2 tablespoons of milk
1 large egg
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 10oz can refrigerated flaky biscuits
5 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with mixer. Stir in cheese. Set aside. Separate biscuits into 10 portions. Flatten out each biscuit and press into bottom of muffin pan. Sprinkle each biscuit with half of the bacon mixture. Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly on top. Bake at 375º for 22 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining bacon.
