1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 20oz can crushed pineapple
6 slices white bread (cubed with crust removed)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Stir in pineapple
Fold in bread cubes.
Turn into greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.
