1 Large Green Cabbage
1 Large Yellow Onion
1 Large Green Pepper
1 Large Red Pepper
1 Small Jalapeno Pepper (Opitional)
1 Tsp. Dried Parsley
1 Tsp. Dried Oregano
1 Tsp. Dried Basil
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Pinch of sugar
1/2 Cup Good Peanut Oil ( Lorvina)
2 Tbls. Lite Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cabbage and remaning vegetables. In large skillet on medium high heat, heat peanut oil until hot. Add cabbage first, then onion, peppers and spices on top. When cabbage starts to brown on bottom, turn with spatula. Be careful not to burn. Repeat this step until cabbage is tender. Pour soy sauce on top and toss.
