3/4 c baking cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 c butter
1/2 c boiling water
2 c sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/3 c flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 c chocolate chips


frosting
6 tbsp butter
1/2 c baking cocoa
2-2/3 c powdered sugar
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
in mixing bowl combine cocoa and baking soda blend in 1/3 c melted butter. add boiling water
stir until thick
stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla, and butter
add flour, cinnamon, and salt.
fold in chocolate chips
pour into greased bakin pan
bake at 350 for 40 min cool
for frosting
cream butter with cocoa sugar and cinnamon
add alternately with milk
beat into a spread consistency
add vanilla
ass more milk if nessasary spread over brownies
