1/4 pound Ceylon or English Breakfast Tea
24 lemons
8 oranges
16 cups sugar
2 quarts grated pineapple
4 pints ginger ale
12 quarts water

Directions:
Directions:
Put the tea into a stew pan and cover with 4 quarts of boiling water; cover and let stand for 20 minutes and strain. Grate the yellow rind from half the lemons and oranges. Add this to the sugar and mix all with the tea. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Place over the fire and boil five minutes; cool and add lemon and orange juice and all the other ingredients. Turn into punch bowl with block of ice.
