1 1/4 cups butter
3/4 cup dutch cocoa
1 c plus 2 tbsp splenda
3 tbsp flour
4 eggs separated
2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp sugar

1. Chocolate creme - heat oven 350 grease bottom of pan
2. melt butter over low heat add cocoa. remove from heat. cool about 5 min. stir in splenda and flour into cocoa mixture. add egg yolks one at a time. add vanilla.
3. beat egg whites with sugar until soft peaks form.
gradually fold into chocolate mixture. spread batter into pan.
4. bake 15 - 18 minutes. center will be slightly soft. cool completely
5. prepare chocolate creme spread over surface. refrigerate.

chocolate creme - four hersheys candy bars
1 8 oz package creme cheese softened
1 c splenda
1 c frozen whipped topping thawed

1. remove wrapper from candy. break candy into pieces microwave for 30 sec or until smooth
2.beat creme cheese and spolenda in bowl until well blended. beat in melted chocolate blend in whipp topping.
3. spread over pie.
