To hardboil eggs: Place any number of eggs (in only one layer) in a large saucepan. Bring to boil and continue to boil for ten minutes. Drain the water and rinse the eggs with cold water. Once they're cool, peel off the shells.

Slice the eggs into halves. Remove the yolk and set the whites to the side.

For six eggs:
Mix the yolks with about 1/4 cup Miracle Whip, 1 tsp. mustard, and a dash of onion salt and pepper (this all varies depending on personal preference). Once the mixture is smooth and creamy, put it inside a ziplock bag. Cut one corner of the bag (you can make designs to make it look fancier). Squirt the contents of the bag into egg whites.
Sprinkle paprika on the eggs immediately before serving.
