2 boxes sugar free vanilla instant pudding
4 cups low fat milk
4 cups half & half
1 12oz tub sugar free cool whip
3 cups mixed berries (rasberries, blue berries)

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl put the two boxes of instant pudding mix. Add the milk and half and half and mix well with a hand mixer. Add about 4oz of cool whip to the pudding and again mix well. Put pudding mixture into a parfait glass dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes. After the initial 30 minutes add the remaining 8oz of the cool whip to the parfait glass dish. Next add the 3 cups of mixed berries and refrigerate until ready to serve.
