1-2 lb. bag frozen peas
1 large jar chopped pimentoes
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sharp or mild shredded cheese
1 can sliced mushrooms
Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook peas as directed on package and drain. In bowl, combine soups pimento & mushrooms. Pour soup mixture over peas & sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese, dot with 1/4 stick of butter & sprinkle with breadcrumbs over all contents.

Bake in over for 1/2 hour or when casserole begins to bubble.
