1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/2 c. butter softened (do not use margarine)
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. miniature chocolate chips
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans (optional)
Serve with small graham crackers

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars and beat until just combined. Stir in choc. chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Place cream cheese mixture on large piece of plastic wrap; shape into a ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Just before serving roll cheese ball in pecans.
