3/4 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. applesauce
1 c. chopped peeled apples
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped walnuts, opt.
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. All-Bran
1 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar in bowl. Beat in eggs and applesauce. Stir in apples, cheese, and walnuts. Add mixture of flour, All-Bran, and soda; mix gently until moistened. Spoon into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until bread tests done.
