2 well beaten eggs
½ cup sugar
¼ tsp. salt
2 cups scalded milk
1 ¼ cup cooked rice
1 cup rasins
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
and dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
in a 1 quart casserole dish, combine eggs, sugar, and salt. Gradually add milk. Mix in rice, rasins, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Place casserole dish in a shallow pan of water. Bake at 325º for 1 ½ hours.
