2 sticks margarine or butter
1/2 c oil
3 c sugar
5 eggs
3 c flour
1 c 7-UP (not diet)
1 t lemon extract
1/2 t almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream margarine or butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in flour, alternating with 7-Up and flavorings. Bake in a greased and floured tube or bundt cake pan fcor 1 hour 15 minutes or until cake tests done by inserting a toothpick. Serves 16 - 24. Comments: Nice served with fresh peaches or strawberries.
