3 ears shucked corn
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes )
1/3 cup minced red onion
1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro
3 T white vinegar
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp chili powder
1 (15 oz. ) can black beans, drained

Grill corn 20 min or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut kernels from the cob and place in a bowl. Add lime juice and remaining ingredients, stir gently. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve with your favorite Mexican chips.
