1 pint Cherry tomatoes quartered
3 T chopped fresh basil
5 oz. Boursin pepper cheese
5 oz. Allouette herb cheese
6-8 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spread tomatoes on bottom of quiche dish sprinkle with most of basil saving some to top at the end. Combine cheeses and milk till makes a thick sauce. Spread over tomatoes and basil. Sprinkle top with remaining basil. Bake 350º for 15 - 18 minutes. Serve with plain water crackers.
