1 can (16 oz) sliced peaches in heavy syrup
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 T oil
3 cups stove top stuffing mix
2 T margarine or butter
1 T brown sugar
1 T white vinegar
1/8 tsp. allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peaches, reserve liquid. Add water to make 1 cup - set aside.
Brown chicken in hot oil in skillet. Turning after first side is golden brown.
While chicken is browning add butter vinegar allspice and sugar to peach juice.
After chicken is browned add liquid, bring to a boil reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook till chicken is done maybe 15 more minutes till juices
run clear.
Stir in stuffing mix and add peaches. Remove from heat and cover for 5 minutes .

I used to make this for the kids when they were little. It was a quick and delicious meal to make after a hard day at work. When the allspice hits the pan the aroma is wonderful and the guys always knew what was for dinner.
