1 to 2 tablespoons of oregano
1 to 2 tablespoons of garlic
1 to 2 tablespoons of chili powder
1 plain goat cheese log
Directions:

Cut up goat cheese log and form round balls. Put spices in
seperate bowls. Mix small cheese balls in different flavors (one
per ball) and place on a serving plate with crackers.
