1 c. soft butter
1/3 c. whipping cream
2 c. flour
granulated sugar

Creamy Filling:
1/4 c. soft butter
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Mix butter, whipping cream, and flour thoroughly and chill.
Roll 1/3 dough at a time. Keep remainder refrigerated. Roll dough on lightly floured board to 1/4 inch and cut into 1 1/2 inch circles.
Transfer rounds to wax paper that is heavily coated with sugar; turn. Place on ungreased baking sheet and prick 3 times with a fork. Bake for 7-9 minutes until set but not brown. Cool.

Creamy Filling:
Mix until smooth and fluffy. Tint with food coloring. Spread between two rounds to make sandwich wafers. Store in refrigerator.
