1 6 oz. box orange gelatin
2 c. hot water
12 ice cubes
1 1/3 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can mandarin oranges, cut in pieces
1/3 bag miniature marshmallows
3/4 carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add ice cubes until melted. Add cold water. Refrigerate until partially set. Gradually add beaten, soft cream cheese to gelatin mixture. Fold in oranges, marshmallows, and Cool Whip. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and let set up in refrigerator.

Note: Can also make cherry gelatin with dark cherries or lemon gelatin with pineapple.
