2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. water
a little pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix first four ingredients well and press into sheet pan 1/2 inch thick.
Chill.
Cut into squares, dredge in flour, and brown in skillet. Lay pieces in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix soups and milk together and pour over meat.
Bake for 45-60 minutes.
